What is this retention bonus TCSers are getting in revised compensation letter

If you are not aware about retention bonus then forget about it! Don’t bother.

Retention bonus is paid to few employees as an yearly component. It will be paid after every anniversary. Incase you leave TCS before anniversary, you won't get this.

Now they moved this to monthly component under BOB personnal allowance.

At the end this is a good move as we don't have to wait for anniversary and we won't loss any single penny If we leave TCS nedore anniversary
