Trending @Cognizant; what is this PDP and ADP

I am going to release from current project last date is 26th August. I have confusion when I will move to PDP and when ADP, and when ageing will start. my manager said he will find project in same account. TMP I am not able to find anything. please suggest ?

Bro pdp is for 1 month then you will be moved to adp for 1 month as soon as you move to adp your aging will start
