What is this nonsense fluidity list, it ruins the peaceful life of the most. I am also part of it and got released from the project. 😡😡😡

When my release date was nearing, I got a call for another project and the interview was scheduled with the client but the project manager didn't got go ahead from account head. He only told me that you are the part of the fluidity list that's why we didn't get ahead of approval.

You will get a call from RMG if you are in the list.. Normally in cases you will see someone playing with your allocation and you getting emails.

It isn't some public list.

If you receive any release mail from current project, highly possible you are a part of this list

It's a list of resources who can be removed from project without much impact on the project "in view of managers" who have no idea what impact does that cause on delivery..
