What is this in joining forms?
Do we need to go to a medical professional and get it signed or what?? And also I've gap of 1 month between my past 2 companies, it's not because of any other reasons. I got early release from my notice period but I joined the next company after takin a month break, so I still need to fill the gap affidavit form??
Yes fill the gap affidavit certificate stating the reason no issues with it. as suggested in other comment get the medical practitioner form filled only by a mbbs or md dr
We just go to hospital and ask them to sign it?
I have one question, I have accepted the offer latter from TCS and uploaded the documents to initiate the BGV but I received another offer from different company. If I don’t join TCS now, will they blacklist me for future and never hire me again??
