What is this 35 days RMG
What if we get released from project and don’t get another project in 35 days.
Dint worry it's just to scare the shit out of the people in bench.. I have heard Many people enjoying in bench since 1-2 years in the past, just to constrain that this policy is in place..only those people who are using the bench in that manner would get affected..
Don't panic, talk to your unit rmg he will help you get a project. My friend bench in the last 55 days. He is still reporting to rmg, they will try to help him to get the project and also he is looking outside as well. Don't panic. No one knows what will happen about the new policy.
Sadly it purely depends on location & number of projects available & future growth prospects.. policy would be enforced based on "greater good"
