Trending @Infosys; What is the worst thing that happened to you here?
I was in this project last year where they did not give any work until 2 weeks before project completion. We were literally sitting idle for hours at office. But as soon as those 2 weeks began OMG!! They used to force us to sit for more than 9-10 hours. You could not ask for WFH and they would not let us leave when we entered the building. The only good thing was that company provided food and cab facility.

I sit idle most of the time in my project too. Only the lead BA does all the work and I just shadow all meetings.
Coming to the point - Worst thing that happened/ happening - being stuck in a role which is completely unrelated to my background and coming to an office with no friends/ team mates whatsoever (since most of my team is from a different DC)

@HighTide This is way too common than you realize. We have to take care of the fact that we need to leave this place within 3 years of joining.

Before joining I heard a lot of people say that Infy employees have a lot of work load. But I only see a handful of people working. Almost every other person is on bench and yet every week I see an onboarding event for the new joinees.

Worst decision was to join here....now toughest decision to resign without any in hand experience....

Free food in infy? Not possible!

The worst thing that ever happened to me is when I received infosys offer letter. The worst decision that I ever took was to chose Infy over TCS and Capgemini. I bang my head daily in repentance
