They do partiality on normal employees and notice period employees. They treat them like an asset saying we are doing business here.

One my colleague was busy with specific client but manager wanted her to pick some work . When she said no I don’t have a bandwidth. Her manager said and I quote “I can remove you from any project at any point in time and put you anywhere.“ and then in last cycle she got put into pip.
