What is the worst thing about your manager?
My manager whenever I ask him for release and then he starts to target me and blame me for everything that happenes in this world.

My suggestion is Don't ask for release..get other job offer ...if you must stay in TCS negotiate for project release based on offer which may or may not happen...but all service based companies have same job security or work...at least you can get hike when u switch...you will just get played and get release during band release with poorband
My manager is delusional, doesn't seem to understand that people will look out for other opportunities.
Release things wont happen easily u need to obtain lot of escalations on your name so u can get easily
