What is the work culture in the big product based MNCs?

Hi, I was thinking of preparing for top PBCs like Google,Amazon,Atlassian,Microsoft etc. but then I read about the PIP culture of amazon. Can anyone tell me is it the same in all FAANG companies, do people get fired if they are not able to finish their tasks?
