Forget the tmp portal. Just reach out to hiring managers directly. Email is the best way.

I can answer this, since I was in pdp for 2 months and finally into project. I applied a lot in TMP but everything got rejected, so I started pinging the hiring managers in teams, with a short message highlighting main skills by attaching my resume too. I texted nearly 50 plus hiring managers. Some never replied, some used to say ok, finally after 10 days , I received interview call from one of the manager whom I have pinged in teams. Like wise I got into project. You can view lot of hiring managers names and details in talent market place if you are in PDP only. This process will take time but surely it will work and help you, because I got in same way , so I'm suggesting.

You can search for DL and ping them. Also u can search for talent manager

Ping EDL of that domain, they'll help you out...
