Trending @Accenture; What is the variable pay percentage mean ??

I often hear people mention they received a certain percentage of variable pay. Is this percentage based on the total variable pay component in their annual CTC, or is it a percentage of their monthly salary?

I guess you get it 2 or 1 or 4 times a year depends how your mangar rates you, on bech I think it is around 8% predefined

8 percent of the basic pay ?? Or the percent of the max variable pay .

I too don't know but what I got was 8% but it wasn't equal to 8 percent of any Greater than basic but less than max variable pay
