Hi, can someone tell me if getting a Distinct Achiever in this cycle means I will get promoted in the next cycle? Have seen few of my team mates who got DA get Promoted the next time… please let me know if I should keep my hopes and stay or quit?

But yes we did not have slots at your level this time vale excuse se upar kuch nhi hota , so keep reminding your leads about your , highlight what you do ( glorify it ) and pray.

No where in our rewards statement. Apparently it’s visible to leads. My lead told me I have been recognised as DA this time but there are no extra benefits for that :)
