What is the tracking process for the Notice Paper period?
I submitted my papers recently on September 26th. They asked me for some details, but I have not received any acknowledgment. Is this the process do I just have to wait 90 days to find out when they have initiated it? Or am I overreacting? Reminded the HR she said , will let me know but not updates till now.

You just wait for your 90 days. Last 15 days only they will follow up. There is no portal to track the resignation process in TCS.
You're not overreacting. Follow up with HR regularly. Sometimes, things move slowly. Keep checking iTalent for updates. Patience and persistence are your best tools here.
After ur resignation u will get acknowledgemnt, nxt 1 month before ur LWD u will get acceptance email both personal, TCS u can track ur LWD in italent in ultimatix.
