What is the team structure at BlackRock India?

I will be appearing for an interview at the company for the role of an associate. I have an experience of ~7 years. However while going through LinkedIn I saw that people with 3-4 years are also promoted to associates.

Does anyone have any idea about this?

Also any reviews of the company will be great.
