What is the TCS CEO's salary, and is he also facing salary & hike issues?

I recently saw a post shared by the TCS CEO, and many people commented on the issues related to salary and hikes. One comment, in particular, caught my attention. A person with 20 years of experience, who is an Executive Associate, mentioned:

'Hope management looks into the salary disparity within the organization and at least rewards long-time loyalists like ourselves (you included, sir)'

I know it's not appropriate to ask about others' salaries, but I'm curious about the salary structure for executives at TCS.
