What is the TCS appraisal method .
Can anyone knows what are the methods used for appraisal. Is it continuous feedback or bell curve system .

Noone knows... actually there is no process here. Just before last submission date of your yearly appraisal (before end of appraisal cycle) they will ask you to submit goals. Majaak bana ke rekha hai ....too much bureaucracy
