Thanks, what should be the best fitment if getting an offer from other company with 80% hike and here manager said possibilities of on-site opportunities and will recommend for H1 visa, since placed into US project, in this situation what should be the best option?

No guarantee, my friend has a visa from 4 years He did not get a chance to go onsite. his visa expired without any chance
