Not at the utmost top yet, but the thing that has helped me grow professionally is taking initiative to get things resolved instead of waiting for others to do so or blame game. This makes the coworkers belief stronger in you which is needed for the growth

PS: obviously this does not mean you take everything on yourself

I agree, and the same thing goes in my favor as well. Taking initiative and focusing on solutions instead of waiting or blaming others, builds trust and credibility among coworkers. It’s one of the strongest ways to grow professionally and stand out as a leader.
