What is the salary range for Delivery Partner in TCS with 22 YOE in C3B ?
I completed Wings 2 Milestone 1 (all PP) and got 5.4 L increase in my compensation. Now in Milestone 2 I need to choose the R4 role (Enterprise Architect or Delivery Partner). If any one in this group is Delivery Partner or knows the salary range of Delivery Partner, please share it. I will choose the role accordingly.
@FightandGrow for wings2, general salary range doesnt matter.
They have their own calculation and market standard salary for each role. Only person who can help is someone who completed DP role in wings2. Ask this in the wings2 teams chat. You may find someone.
Also C3B is a smaller grade for DP , right? Grade also matters in the calculation of rewards.
Actually I can not ask the salary or compensation of any role in Wings 2 group chat. So asked the same here. You are right that grade also matters in calculation. Looking for someone in this forum who is already a DP if he/can help to get this information.
DP role starts from C3B and goes till C5
