What is the salary increment procedure after completion of 1 year in TCS?

I have been tcs for a long time and policies have changed so not completely aware. .

For laterals, there is no change on completing 1 year. There should be increment in 1st appraisal after 1 has been completed.

I have recently completed my 1st year in tcs. After filling your goals and attributes submit it. Then your manager in speed i.e your team lead will give you ratings. After that your speed reviewer will approve it.
