But honestly the effort you put to crack Innovator you upskill and jump easily you get 12 LPA minimum.
It aint worth going from Digital to innovator. The system is rigged to make you spend more time in TCS.
See you need to clear different tracks. If you are capable of clearing all tracks in first prep first attempt you think whoa you aced it but in reality the company won there because they got exceptional talent with market value maybe 18 LPA minimum for 10 LPA.
If you take time to clear you end up working for TCS while ensuring you maintain a minimum B Band and slogging free time balancing work and clearing Innovator examination. Its like a game you get addicted to clear it.
But in Reality its a trap. The skills you acquire to clear Innovator you wont be using it only. So when you try jumping you suddenly realise ayyo i wasted time trying to clear innovator and boom. Stuck there. By the time you complete innovator you would have spend avg 2 years more at TCS.
Meanwhile 6 months upskill and jump company you get minimum 12 LPA
