<4 yoe and between 10 and 20 LPA
<4 yoe and > 20 LPA
>4 yoe and > 15 LPA
>4 yoe and between 15 and 35 LPA
>4 yoe and > 35 LPA

There is quite a difference in salary brackets. Esp quite a few in 1st and 5th bracket. But ideally if you have more than 4 yoe then one can easily aspire for 20+ LPA as CTC, excl stock options.
