What is the Retain process of an employee in TCS?
If an employee resigns on what basis TCS retains him/her. Is the offer letter of another company mandatory?
That was covid era.
Unless you are very very very critical to the project and visible to the manager, tcs wont retain anyone these days.
They will gladly accept resignation from anyone now.
Gone are the days when they were retaining ppl, nowadays you will not get any formal call from HR
Loll .. they will not even care .. I was an A rater for 4 times till 2023 .. all HR asked was for the exit formalities on the last working day
There is no retention now … until and unless your manager has a very strong case for you and your Unit or BG agrees for retention
Is there anyway we can get back to TCS in future after leaving the company.
Nothing to negligible or null.
