I am considering resigning from my current role. The reasons are straightforward:

1. No financial growth or promotion
2. Lack of exposure to the technology I want to work with
3. Office politics At the moment, I do not have an offer letter in hand. Due to the 3-month notice period, I am thinking of taking a calculated risk and submitting my resignation.

However, I would like guidance on the following:

1. If I resign and do not receive any offer during the notice period, is it possible to withdraw my resignation?
2. If yes, how many days before the Last Working Day (LWD) should the withdrawal be requested?
