What is the resignation process in TCS and how seamless it can be?

I've served here for around couple of years and I found negligible growth. I didn't even have my own decision taking when it came to picking projects as I couldn't deny what my dp told me to get into. It was a classic case of chopping and changing and had a couple of fallouts too. I don't have the same respect that I used to have last year. These are the reasons I badly want to leave and look for an opportunity outside.
