What is the recruitment process of Deloitte?

I’ve recently attended an interview at Deloitte. The interviews are completed and now I got an email for the mandatory pre-hire documents but HR round is not yet completed. Final CTC was not discussed yet. When will the final discussion will happen?

I have a detailed experience as someone who has gone through the Deloitte hiring process. At first, an employer reached out to me over LinkedIn. The first step was a phone screening to discuss my skills and career goals. An online test that tested skills in problem-solving and analysis come next. After passing that, I had to show my knowledge and teamwork skills in two rounds of interviews: one technical and one behaviour. Deloitte's focus on finding cultural fit and consistency with its basic values was clear throughout the process. It was a memorable one because the process was professional, well-organised, and had specific goals at every step.

Firstly, congratulations on clearing the interview round at Deloitte. Generally, candidates receive the email for mandatory pre-hire documents when they’re selected for the job role. Upon submitting the necessary documents, HR might contact you as a part of the Deloitte hiring process. In this round, the HR usually communicates with the candidate and lets them know about the company’s culture, discuss their remunerations and benefits and more.

Before Deloitte sends you the offer letter, there are certain things that they want the candidates to do. First, they ask the candidates to sign the letter of intent. After that, they send a consent email for background checks. Upon accepting it, the company’s background verification team will connect with the educational institutes that you’ve mentioned in your resume, your house and your previous employers and when all this information is verified, you will receive the offer letter in a week or so.

It was my dream to work at Deloitte and it did come true. The Deloitte hiring process usually takes a few weeks. During my hiring, my application was initially screened by the recruiting manager. She asked me a few basic questions like where I studied, what are my interests and what am I currently doing. After this telephonic conversation, I received an email to take the assessment. Since I applied for an Analyst position, I had to take the technical test. After qualifying the test, I was selected for the interview round. I was a little nervous about the interview but it go well. The HR then connected with me after a week or so and told me I was selected for the job role. This entire process went for around 3-4 weeks.
