It is really damn difficult to get WFH approved. You need approval from 3 levels. Manager , Cluster Head and HR.

How do we know who our HR is , i didn't find anywhere, and do we have to get permission from senior director also apart from manager?

u need to talk to ur manager and hr, give valid reasons and docs like medical proofs. approval is usually for a month, but u can extend it with updated docs. use the BTO exemption tool for formal requests. if ur manager doesn't respond, escalate to higher management.
