just talk to ur manager and request a change. they'll help u out. 💪

if you are L12 resources then management won't allow your request.. better you build other skills added to the secondary. and do certification.. generally you can ask roll off after 18-24 months of Time period from a particular project and that moment you should be ready with all your next setup and preparation. now you have points to explain and you spend enough time on the project.. please remember never argue from starting and misbehave or else your carrier will affect.

now if you are in level 11 or above, the same condition applies but after a year you can ask.
