Hey 👋 i am planning to resign, can someone tell me what is the process ? And is it necessary to tell the supervisor in advance about the decision? Or is it fine ?

Regarding informing your supervisor- no it isn’t mandatory however it completely depends on your rapport with him/her and your wish. Though a common practice among professionals is to inform in advance.
Talent page > click on indian application portal > select ECMS > Resignation process > Resignation form > fill it and submit
No actions required after that..you will get last working day also
Do we have buy out options if we are on bench?
Talk to your HR for early release your 90 days notice period if reduced would be adjusted in your fnf settlement
Thats your call if you want to tell your manager before resign or after resign 😉
