Trending @Infosys; what is the procedure to transfer Infosys DC ( my base location is in bangalore and now wanted to get transfer in Kolkata DC)

Just speak with your manager. We have transferred one of the talent from pune to kolkata

If your project is not having any specific ODC & your manager is ready to create a child project code in your desired DC location then you can initiate personal transfer under permanent category and get your base DC changed. DM approval is required for this transfer.

Depends on the manager. Some will be convinced and transfer you, others will convince you that there are no opportunities in locations other than Bangalore/Pune/Chennai/Hyderabad (I know this is BS but they will tell you this).
