It depends on CTC in B2 is that over budget or under budget in terms of billing. Means if under budget then you will be promoted to C1 with adjustment and if over budget then you will be ghosted 👻 with responsibilities.

you should check with your N+1/N+2 and you will get the insight. What's your CTC and years in CG.
