They have published the announcements on Ultimatix, nothing has been mentioned about the hike. Now I'm just hoping it will happen this month only.
The band has 2 purposes. One is it will decide your hike percentage. Second it is crucial for promotion eligibility.
Delaying Hike is company problem, nothing to do with the band. Band is based on your individual performance. Hike is based on company performance. Hope this is clear, like this comment if you got any info
For now it is beneficial for tcs to release bands and giving promotions without hike. With band released although A, B, C band will not get any hike as of now but tcs will start deducting variables from employees having D band. With promotions no one will get hikes but those who are promoted to C3A and above grades their qva deduction will start or will be more.
Agree, band is useless w/o hike.. worst is promotion w/o hike!
