What is the PM pay range in Oracle?

I was initially shortlisted for the PM role at Oracle and the recruiter asked for my current compensation (41lpa fixed). We agreed to start the process without any hike expectation (I’m not getting any interview calls and want to move from my current company). But now they have put my candidature on hold because my salary is on the higher side. Is there a chance that they may get back or should I approach them with a pay cut?
