Actually bit off topic is: what are the skillset required to move into AINA unit? You guys really getting damn crazy payouts? Or is this just hype? Really no sarcasm please!!

This unit basically work on Digital Transformation Automation. Skillset required in here are Generative AI, ML, Python and related automation technologies. PB was actually good everytime even this time OS got something around 109% but looks like CD and ME guys have got the same so asked.
