Don't expect anything i would say...try to get out of Accenture...I am also struggling with almost 10 years and still sse..i know project also matters..I am in worst situation where they won't give me promotion and still assigning too many tasks and asking others to guide...who are on my level or my TL.. Manager also doesn't know anything...she ask me...
