Trending @Accenture; What is the pay for L10 for 4.8 years experience.

I'm having a total of 4.8 years experience and 2 years in Accenture. I joined with 7.5LPA fixed and now promoted to L10 with 9.6LPA fixed. Am I getting the right pay here? I feel it is underpaid. I'm working as an Automation Tester. Any suggestions.

Based on your experience
In general L11 is given, to my knowledge they have given you higher level but paying for L11

Yes. If they are paying based on L10 then you would have got more than 11/12LPA

My currently pay is 9 base and 11.98 ctc.
3 months in accenture.
