Try this, go to My financials - onsite compensation option in the left pane - click on long term assignment compensation button and provide details on the place you’re gonna travel to, then relevant details will be mailed to you.

But I’m not sure if this is an approximate number or an actual number, can’t confirm since I’ve never used it.

I have the same question for band B1? What is the percentage , how do they calculate? Do they agree for a negotiation ?
