Trending @Wipro; What is the one thing you hate about working here at Wipro ?
I am completely unmotivated to work here anymore. Wipro treats me like I am a slave and it is killing me on the inside.
I hate the fact that I need to work all day and all night while the lead gets away with presenting everything and taking credit while doing no work.
The worst thing? Her manager accepts this and encourages this.
I hate it as there is no proper communication with employees. Leadership doesn't take other careers seriously
Alight business is pathetic.. Sat Sunday. Holiday all day working
Start saying NO if you are over occupied. Be vocal. No one can touch your job as long as you are working full hours. Don't have to go above and beyond if not being recognised. Just remember when you say no it's not anger talking.

Thats the problem with seniors and for us we are not getting projects i mailed 200 managers just for a single core Java opportunities i got 5 to 7 response only and among them none respond back
