What is the one thing you hate about working here at TCS ?
I am completely unmotivated to work here anymore. TCS treats me like I am a slave and it is killing me on the inside.
I hate the fact that I need to work all day and all night while the lead gets away with presenting everything and taking credit while doing no work.
The worst thing? Her manager accepts this and encourages this.

- No recognition via appropriate hikes
- Managers who fail in every aspect possible
- No proper support to encourage and set the employee in a right path to upskilling and finding good opportunities even within the project or firm

Been 6 months in TCS and I already wonder how some people have made it in this organization for almost a decade. I have lost my WLB and I am not sure if I will make it through another 6 months.
Leave bro ASAP if you really want to make your career bcoz here your career and skills both are at risk. I didn't understood in the initial phase else would have left kabka.
Started giving interviews as soon as I completed my probation. Now recruiters ask me if I can negotiate 90 days notice period which seems impossible.
Managers not releasing from project even though can do it knowing the particular person skill set not matching with project
Low salary
Not getting hikes keeping us underpaid
Coming from office and again opening laptop to connect with clients and waiting till late nights.
Leads taking credit for our work.
And many more don't even able to recall now so many dislikes.
But all these are now happening in almost all companies, don't know where to go n what to do 😔

From my experience, people whose carrier is completely in TCS are the majority who plays policies and favouritism. If they are also people managers then it would be the worse thing, they will lie to get their deliverables and fuck others up without second thought.
People from certain geography are given preference as if others around are useless

Living BPL in a western country is better than living in India. Atleast we don't have to suffer from heatwave, pollution, traffic jams and so on.
Salary is low. Not up to market standard, yearly hike is less.
