Trending @Capgemini; What is the one thing you hate about working here at Capgemini ?
I am completely unmotivated to work here anymore. Capgemini treats me like I am a slave and it is killing me on the inside.
I hate the fact that I need to work all day and all night while the lead gets away with presenting everything and taking credit while doing no work.
The worst thing? Her manager accepts this and encourages this.
I am lateral. Already existing team members have good rapo with senior managers. Even though I am a lead, support will be to their existing senior resource and pressure to me. All the atmosphere here seems demotivated. I don't feel like corporate style of working is there here. People from all levels show there anger or frustuation. Even senior management send threatening emails saying 'you will see consequences if you don't report to office '. Even help desk people thretens, 'if you don't pick the call now, i shall close the ticket' Even though I am in middle of some client call, they expect me to answer immediately. Obviously no hikes saying some silly reasons. And the person with good rapo with management gets hikes even though management observes multiple issues. Continuously we need prove ourselves to everyone.

It is my first company and I haven't got any hike since I got in here and there is no project..
I also faced the same coz I never said no to amy work so now am getting overloaded forcefully even on my sick leaves.
Worst management of RMG team. Not getting projects since 2 years
Worst salary growth. You can't change BU or choose with technology you have to work with, you have to wait for 18 months to get release which is a long time. I got assigned to guidewire, I wish I could switch to some cloud or devops related role but it's literally impossible.
