What is the one advice you would give to yourself from 5 years in the past?

1 year in 20s >> 1 year in 30s, so be fucking insane and go crazy. Go psycho with your work.

All great things in life come from compound interest so look at things life long term, like work, friendships and relationships.

So, don't take the shitty cop out lol.

Talk to more people. Met the love of my life at the airport because I decided to strike a conversation while boarding and she also happened to sit next to me for the entire flight, DEL <> YVR.

We stayed in touch, fell in love and planning to get married.

Take care of your body. Dont drink and smoke + workout a LOT.

Don't hate on people. Pity them instead. It's good for your conscience.

Focus on your body. Good health in 30s isn't possible these days without efforts.

Don't work too hard for a shitty org/company. If in doubt, always switch. If you're bitching about your workplace, you're not in the right place and need to change.

Get married earlier. Have kids earlier.
