What is the on demand skill to learn and grow

Iam working in tcs since two years till now i am on bench and have no working experience. If you suggest me which skill should i possess it would be a great help bcoz iam too confused to decide. As the skill help me to switch company also in further

Don’t worry, it’s never too late to start. Since you’re aiming for skills that help you switch companies too, focus on high-demand areas like Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Analytics, Java Full Stack, or AI/ML.

Pick one, start with small goals, and give yourself 6 months to gain solid hands-on knowledge.
