I am planning to switch the company so I put the job portal in 30 days notice period, so if I get any opportunity from outside will it be possible to leave the company within 30 days?

It depends on delivery manager but most of them allow. I know a delivery manager who made sure that an employee served full 90 days NP even on bench

It's tricky to remain in bench that long. What if you get no suitable offer and they ask you to resign due to bench policy
