Trending @Cognizant; What is the notice period for a programmer analyst?
Hello, Currently I am a billable resource and working for an American project in a monitoring role.
Apparently I never wanted to work in infra, I am a developer by profession, but due to no contact from HR in my initial days of onboarding and I was placed in CIS, so all in all I was forced to take up a role in infra. Now, it has been almost 1.5 years, and I want to switch my career and job.
But apparently anywhere I try and get a referral, they demand an immediate joining or max to max 30 days notice period. SO ANY IDEA, WHATS THE NOTICE PERIOD FOR A PROGRAMMER ANALYST, cause official policy has of Cognizant is 90 days, I guess.

Hmmm sounds interesting, you could have asked for java backend developer haha I could have done something. My bad got none opportunity in Python developer
It’s 90 days for all , i had a discussion with HR on this but if your project manager get released you early then you’ll be better to go
