What is the most ridiculous thing you outsource?

I pay a college kid in my society 8k a month just to do my weekend chores.

I work 11 hours a day at my org. I used to spend my entire Saturday dropping clothes at the dry cleaner, taking the car for a wash, and buying groceries from three different shops in HSR Layout

By Sunday night I felt completely dead.

Now I just WhatsApp him a list on Friday. He takes my scooter and finishes everything by Saturday afternoon.

My flatmate thinks I am throwing away money. But buying back my entire Saturday for 8k feels better than my last bonus.

If you earn well enough, it's worth it. It's honestly not easy to get trustworthy people for chores.

100%. Finding someone reliable was the hardest part. Now that I have him, I don't mind paying a premium for my peace of mind.

Once you get laid off then you will start cleaning your own shits with your bare hands.🤣

Please speak some sense buddy. Dont say layoff etc to anybody. Its not easy. It takes struggle and hardwork to crack big. And life really gets hectic.

All these things can be easily done by respective services , Swiggy groceries , laundry can be picked N dropped , car service is picked up n dropped . 8k seems too much

Time is the only thing which is limited, and if you are able to save that using money, it’s worth it. You aren’t throwing away money. You value your time. Next time you tell your flatmate that you are supporting employment. The kid is earning and you are supporting his earning. Isn’t that same thing we do with corporates wherein we trade our time and services for monetary benefits.

Whoever is able to buy their time knows their worth! So you know yours and probably your flatmate doesn’t.
