See my yoe in TCS is 9 years in that , 5 years uk onsite and still waiting for C3B promotion

I joined TCS as IT Analyst with 4 YOE, next promotion happened C3A at 7.5 YOE and current C3B happened at 10 YOE. So yes between each promotion there was minimum 3 years of gap

I am waiting from past 9 years to get promoted to C3B even I’ve mostly worked at on-site. You have to be lucky to get promotion along with performance and good manager

3 consecutive A bands, 14 YOE, 8 YOE in TCS, last promotion in 2019. Yet no promotion, no rules in TCS it depends on your project and manager. My experience don’t go by any assumptions or suggestions.
