Trending @Accenture; What is the maximum duration a low-performing employee must serve in CL 11 before becoming eligible for promotion to CL 10?

Brother i joined Accenture in may 2021 as ASE Got promoted to lv 11 in june 2022 through techleap Got ACE award in my last project for being the top performer

From then till now no promotion

My MAL is 33 so best option is to switch

I heard there is no default eligibility for CL11 to CL10 it's all in the hands your manager
