What is the market value for a 6 years exp Test Engineer/Test Manager?

Asking to set an expected pay for switching between companies. Currently working in Accenture.

It will depend a lot on company and location but still providing a generic range.

If you don't know automation then you can expect approximately 12-18 LPA.

If you know automation well then you can expect 15-24 LPA.
