What is the market salary for 6 years experienced Gen AI, AI/ML developer?

I have an offer at CTS for 17 LPA and got a role as associate.

Is it good pay? Or should I aim for more?

Current ctc is 11.5

AI ML are in demand, but why still you are getting very less salary. I don’t understand as a developer I am making more as compared to you.
