What is the leave policy at your organisation?

My company leave policy is "when some one asks for leave, declare him the most important member of the company, act like the whole company will collapse without him turning up to work on that day, When he comes to office, dont even acknowledge his existence."

i can leave whenever I want

No leave , keep working and die.
